Highways advice has been sought by Bannersgate Transportation.

Based upon the current layout for 31 houses, 16 trips would be created in the peak hours and 150 trips per day. While this will clearly increase traffic within the local are, Bannersgate do not consider this will have a material effect on the road network allowing the local highway to operate satisfactorily.

The new junction has been designed to meet County Council Standards (carriageway width, radii, visibility splays, junction spacing) based on recorded traffic speeds on this part of Aylesbury Road.
