The purpose of this update is to provide a summary of the recent changes that have been made to the planning application, and set out how specific issues have been addressed, in order to deliver a high-quality proposal that all stakeholders can be proud to bring to fruition.

After the submission of the applications, and previous revisions, a number of important comments have been received from local members, residents and statutory and non-statutory consultees. Morris Homes has engaged in extensive dialogue with the consultees in order to prepare a revised scheme which overcomes the previous concern raised and most importantly, enhances the proposals.
